What happens after the trial lesson?
Following the trial you will receive a lesson report from the tutor, as well as an email from us about your plan.
If you are on a one hour per week plan, your next session will be scheduled for the same time the next week; if you are on a two or three hour plan your remaining sessions will be scheduled for the coming week. If you are happy to go ahead, no action is required.
If you want to make changes, such as changing the time, adding more hours or cancelling, this email with have a link to do so.
