Can I pause tutoring during school holidays?
If you are away, your credits will automatically roll over into the next week. That means that after the school holidays you can use them to catch back up. Simply let your tutor know about the dates you are away.
If you are away for an extended period you can pause your plan. Your credit balance will remain for when you return, but you will not be able to schedule sessions during the pause period. The amount of pauses allowed varies based on plan. See below for more detail.
